Markets and more:
As noted over last few weeks in my services I have been looking for an ABC type pattern for a correction from the July 2023 highs as part of a larger 4th wave correction pattern. I also noted a likely August B wave rally which we had and then ran into resistance. This past week we pulled back in a C wave across SP 500, QQQ ETF, IWM ETF etc… normal action so far and frankly still well above the A wave lows in August.
Bottom line though is my projection was for a August-September correction period ending roughly the 2nd week of September which is upon us this week. I expect we will see my 4800 SP 500 target laid out awhile back this year by year end and the bull market will continue if I’m right.
To wit, we started an initial position in TQQQ on Friday in the 3x ETF service hosted on Stocktwits, and we will double up if the C wave pulls back further which would be normal from current levels.
Trading Results:
SRP stock swing trade service has been doing great last few weeks with multiple winners. We always sell half when we are up 6% or above from our average entry price on all swing positions, no exceptions. This comes in handy especially during market corrections where I also tend to have much fewer swing trade alerts and we are more patient. Now that the correction is on the path of winding down to a likely finish, we will look to be proactive and pick up more positions. You can see our Trading Results here.
3x ETF service banked some gains in the past two weeks on SOXL and TQQQ and we are currently long LABU (Biotech) and started a new TQQQ position on Friday. Futures service had some big wins into latter July and we are looking to get long which we did on Friday this past week as well for the E Mini Futures service on Stocktwits. TPS service has closed out a few positions at 100% gains such as TGTX at 30 before it collapsed from 15 average and WULF at 3.40 from 1.65 average before it dropped hard on Bitcoin dropping. We are currently long a Quantum Computing play within the past two weeks which is doing well.
SP 500 Update 9/8/23: C wave could still work lower, 4457 is key support for now
The August 11th chart I did played out pretty well…. B wave ran up as planned and now a C wave is in effect. Repeated below for reference.

DLO – Breaking out of 3 weeks tight pattern after strong run up. Uruguay based Co provides cloud-based payment platform to global enterprise merchants in 40 countries
RELY – Current SRP position as of last week. 6 week overall ascending base near highs. Breaking out of 3 month base pattern to highs. Provides digital financial services for immigrants through Cross-border remittance and banking services.
IOT – Often on the list, broke out of 13 week base last week on earnings. Provides an end-to-end solution that allows businesses that depend on physical operations to harness IoT data.
MMYT – Has has a run, so maybe needs a pullback but on watch. India-based provider of online travel services primarily for individual travelers via www.makemytrip.com.
FUTU – 6 week overall base, currently in a pullback. China based company operates as a holding company that offers an
online brokerage platform
MOD – 6 week base pattern near highs. Ranked #1 in sector by IBD. Manufactures thermal management systems for automotive OEMs and the building, industrial and refrigeration
COCO – 12-13 week flat base near highs. Could break to upside soon. Manufactures coconut oil and milk, energy drink, enhanced water, protein-infused water, and other products.
FRSH – 6 week base near highs, recently closed for profits as SRP position but attractive still. Develops SaaS customer engagement platform to assist enterprises by improving business engagement.
IBKR – 6 week tight base near highs. Provides global electronic market making and brokerage services in securities, futures/foreign exchange (Interactive Brokers)
TDW – Breaking out of 8 week flat base at highs. Provides offshore support vessels and marine support services to the
offshore energy industry worldwide.
