Markets and more:      Market under pressure but NASDAQ and Chip Stocks still attractive

“The stock market ended the week on the ropes amid a painful bear attack on quadruple-witching day. Next week will be key in finding out whether indexes can fight back — or get clobbered to the canvas. The Nasdaq composite fared best
of the major indexes but still fell 0.7%. Even so, the tech-heavy index turned in an eye-catching 4.4% weekly gain, bolstered by Big Tech strength. The index now sits above major moving averages, with the 50-day line lifting above the 200-day. This is a bullish technical sign known as the “golden cross.” The Nasdaq is up about 12% so far this year”  Investors Business Daily 3/18 Edition

Trading Results:   3x ETF took 1/2 gains on Friday in SOXL and TQQQ (3x Bull on Chip stocks and Nasdaq 100).  Also entering TNA late in week hoping for small cap bottom.  Also long SP 500 via 3x, but pulled back late in week. SRP has gone slow on new stock alerts due to market conditions but finding several ideas this weekend. Futures service hit for a 78 point BULLISH futures gain this week and took profits before Friday.

SP 500 and QQQ ETF long term charts, key levels to watch are 200 week EMA lines

PERI – 8 week consolidation near highs, 2nd week in row on list. Israeli-based provides digital advertising solutions to brands, agencies, and publishers.

TPH – 4 weeks tight base near highs. Builds single-family homes in planned communities in major
metropolitan areas in CA, AZ, NV, WA, TX

FLYW – 7 month cup and close to handle base pattern wrapping up. Near highs. Operates a software Co delivering global payment enablement to education, healthcare, travel and B2B sectors.

RMBS – 6 week flat base near near highs. Designs interface, memory, security, and display architectures for
computing, gaming, graphics, and more.

PDFS – 5 week ascending base near highs. Provides integration engineering services and software for semiconductor companies.

TAK – 9 week consolidation near highs. Develop products to treat GI diseases, cancer, neurological, psychiatric
diseases hypertension and vaccines.

RVNC – 9 weeks consolidation near highs, current SRP position, bullish pattern and new product approved by FDA (Botox alternative). Develops treatments for aesthetic/therapeutic indications such as lateral canthal lines.

DKNG – Back on the list, 5 week corrective pattern.
