Markets and more:   Correction continues, 3740 is our low end SP 500 support line

4100 objective was hit and the ABCDE pattern also hit as projected in last weeks chart.  Often the E wave will signal a top of a move, and in this case it has.  We are now focused on 3740 area as next lower level support, but I remain overall bullish at this time. As I said last week “we could even pull back to 3850-3860 and be ok”.  We closed the week at 3852.

SRP stock trading service punched out of nice gains on ARRY of 9-15% on each 1/2 of the trade, and 1/2 CPRX for 8%. We went slow again this past week after the market was rejected at the 4100 area on SP 500.  With my views the market was peaking out we only had a few positions open.

  3x ETF  service got long the SP 500 via SPXL 300% leveraged ETF before the Tuesday pop. We sold into it for 8% gains and then sat out the rest of the week until Friday when we entered another new position.

SMCI- 4 week corrective pullback pattern to 10 week EMA. Makes application-optimized server systems, chassis, server boards/power supplies for distributors/OEM’s.

CMC- 5 week base pattern near highs. Makes application-optimized server systems, chassis, server
boards/power supplies for distributors/OEM’s. PE 6

GFF- 5 week consolidation near highs, PE 9. Manufactures plastic films/laminates, garage doors, landscaping
products /electronic communication systems.

MEDP- 8 week consolidation near highs testing 10 week EMA. PE 32, 59% growth. Provides outsourced clinical development services to biotechnology, pharmaceutical/medical device industries

GMAB- 3 week pullback consolidation. Denmark based company develops antibody therapeutics for the
treatment of cancer and other diseases. PE 37 ,Recent growth 140% YOY

TS- 5 week consolidation testing 10 week EMA Line. PE 9. Makes steel pipe products and related services for energy and
industrial applications.

TWI- 8 week consolidation near highs. PE 7 Manufactures off-highway wheels, tires and assembly products for
agricultural/earthmoving/construction

PLNT- 5 weeks tight consolidation. Operates 2,254 fitness centers with approximately 15.2 million
members in 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada.

CPRX- Continues on the list for 6th week in a row. Develops prescription drugs for neuromuscular and neurological diseases and disorders.

MODN- Breaking out of 5 weeks tight closing base now at highs. Provides revenue management software for the life science and technology industries.

PBT- 8 week base 2nd week in row on list broke out of base a bit last week but still not too stretched. Trust holding overriding royalty interests in producing oil and gas properties in Texas.

TGLS- 5 week consolidation near highs. Manufactures tempered safety, laminated and thermo-acoustic glass
for commercial and residential buildings

DGII- Back on the list after 3 week corrective pattern. Needs to hold the 13 week EMA line at at 37.85 area. Manufactures connectivity/networking devices for telecommunication companies/internet service providers

HRMY- 6 week base near highs. SRP position.  Develops and commercializes therapies for patients living with rare neurological disorders.

ITCI- 6 week base testing 10 week line. Develops small molecule drugs to treat neuropsychiatric and
neurological disorders.

ON- 5 week consolidation near 10 week line. Manufactures power, analog, digital signal processing, mixed
signal, advanced logic and data management ICs. PE 14 growing at much faster rates than PEG ratio

ARRY- 6 week consolidation, looks ready to push higher out of a multi month cup base pattern to highs soon.  SRP took 9-15% gains this past week but on pullback looks good again. Solar energy based play. Designs and manufactures ground-mounting systems used in solar energy projects. Very strong recent earnings smashed estimates.
