SP 500: Support areas all hold and new uptrend begins. Over 4050 is strong for SP 500

ABC pattern for SP 500 and .618 retracement to 3900 I discussed last weekend in this report held. The rally late in the week had a resistance zone I noted to my subscribers of 4050, and we closed over that Friday. Biotech had a solid rebound as did the Chip Stocks, QQQ ETF etc.

In the 3x ETF service we cashed for quick 10% plus gains in 24 hours going long SOXL (semiconductor 3x Bull ETF) late last week. SRP stock swing trade members benefited from a big rebound in CCRN on the final 1/2 of the trade as well as a nice move up in CPRX which allowed us to quickly sell 1/2 for 8-9% gains, and we issued another new alert in MNTK which is breaking to the upside as well.

Futures SP 500 members on stocktwits were advised to go long at 3977 with a 4040 target which was hit as well.

This coming week we need to watch 4050 to hold for SP 500 as the main clue. If we continue to rally then I can take another look at the Elliott Wave patterns from the lows in June to the August highs as a 5 wave rally with an ABC 2 completing at 3900 area, and now a new uptrend is firmly in place. Odds of that I would say are 50-50 so we will take it one day at a time and play the playbook in front of us based on what the market gives us. QQQ ETF above 306 is bullish, closed at 307

When we are in a confirmed downtrend based on my views I avoid alerts and or reduce them dramatically, and when I think we are nearing a bottom I will begin sending out new swing trade position alerts like recently. Let’s see what this week brings.

Updated List 9/11/22- Updated list for the near term and intermediate window ahead based on sectors, individual stock fundamental strength, and Banister Behavioral Patterns lining up for strong probable upside.

PRVA- 2nd week in row on list, 6 week consolidation above trend line. Offers cloud-based platform that combines medical groups to improve patient experiences and reward doctors.

EE- 2nd week in row on list, 5 month post IPO base with recent 3 week consolidation. Provides liquefied natural gas distribution, terminal services, and reliable energy solutions.

MNTK- 4th week in a row on list and a new SRP position as of late last week. Develops, owns and operates renewable energy projects utilizing landfill methane. Revenues up 114% year over year. Profitable. Profiled this weekend in the IBD IPO section as an emerging leader.

CELH- 6 week consolidation back on the list. Develops and markets functional calorie-burning fitness beverages
under the Celsius brand in U.S

CF- 2nd week in a row on list, possible handle pullback on 6 month cup and handle formation. Manufactures nitrogen fertilizers including urea, ammonia nitrate/urea ammonium nitrate in North America. PE 7

NFE- Back on the list again. 5 week consolidation above 10 week EMA Line. Operates as an integrated gas-to-power company that develops, and constructs energy infrastructure assets.

CRK- 3 week consolidation and possible Handle of Cup and Handle formation. Engaged in the exploration and production of oil and natural gas reserves primarily in Texas and Louisiana.

CMC- 5 week overall base correction, holding 10 week line. Manufactures steel/metal products/related materials/services for construction/manufacturing

MOS- 7 week consolidation, support at 10 week line. Manufactures phosphate fertilizers, feed phosphate and potash
fertilizers sold worldwide.

GPK- Back on the list, 5 week consolidation base not far off highs. Makes paperboard packaging products for companies in the food, beverage/household products industries.

TALO- 4th week in a row on the list. Nice 3 weeks consolidation not far off highs. Energy play. Engaged in exploration and production of oil and natural gas in the Gulf of Mexico. PE 8, revenue up 71% year over year

DQ- 3rd week on list, but would like it to hold 62/63 area which it did last week. 10 week consolidation. China-based company that manufactures and sells polysilicon to photovoltaic product manufacturers. Low PE ratio. At some point believe this breaks out big.

ON- Nice 4 week consolidation and chip stocks rebounding. Manufactures power, analog, digital signal processing, mixed
signal, advanced logic and data management ICs

STLD- 5 week consolidation not far off highs. PE 4. Manufactures flat-rolled, structural, bar and rail steels and recycles
ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals.

BRP- Back on the list this week, 5 week overall base and nice rebound last week. Brokers insurance products and offers risk management and consulting services to 9,00,000 clients worldwide.

DGII- 6 week base consolidation near highs. Manufactures connectivity/networking devices for telecommunication
companies/internet service providers. PE 24

CLH- 5 week consolidation near highs. Provides collection, transportation, treatment, disposal and site
decontamination of hazardous/non-hazardous. PE 23

GLNG- 5 week base near highs, PE 5. Provides intl marine transportation services for liquefied natural gas
(LNG) with a fleet of 13 vessels.
